This cottage offers the following accommodation:
- Entrance hall with washing machine and upright freezer
- Double bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite shower room, with level access shower.
Upstairs
- a twin room and a single room
- bathroom with
shower over the bath
- a kitchen/ dining
room with microwave, fridge and electric cooker plus table and chairs
- sitting room with wood burning stove, TV and DVD player with Digi box and WiFi internet access
Outside
- private garden with barbecue and
seating adjacent to the Cottage
- use of the grounds of the main house with lawns with wonderful views over Bideford and the Torridge, hard tennis court, bamboo maze and 11 acres of woodland and nature trail
Hallsannery attempts to
minimise environmental
impact where possible.
Recycling and composting facilities are provided and all light bulbs are low
energy.
There is no tumble drier, but ample under cover washing line space is provided
plus emergency drying if we have lots of rain!
There is no dishwasher.
