This cottage offers the following accommodation:

with open fire, TV and DVD player with Digi box and WiFi internet access
- conservatory
-small sitting room with, sofa bed, TV (terrestrial channels only)
Upstairs
- double room (ensuite), with
small sofa bed.
(window is placed so that you can lie in bed and look out into the garden!)
- single room( bunks coming!)
- twin room- twin beds
-twin room- twin beds
- bathroom with
shower over the bath
Outside
- private garden with barbecue and seating
- use of the grounds of the main
house with lawns with wonderful views over Bideford and the Torridge, hard
tennis court, bamboo maze and 11 acres of woodland and nature trail
Hallsannery attempts to
minimise environmental
impact where possible.
Recycling and composting facilities are provided and all light bulbs are low
energy.
There is no tumble drier, but ample under cover washing line space is provided
plus emergency drying if we have lots of rain!
There is a dishwasher.
