Sleeps 6 This first floor flat at the rear of the main house has a kitchen, dining room, bathroom with shower, and a sitting room. There are three bedrooms, one en-suite with double bed, a twin bedded room and one with a double and single bed.

This flat is currently being refurbished and will be ready for
Easter 2012
South Wing Flat has use of the grounds of the main house with lawns with wonderful
views over the North Devon landscape of Bideford and the
Torridge, hard tennis court, bamboo maze and 11 acres of
woodland and nature trail.
Hallsannery attempts to minimise environmental impact where
possible.
Recycling and composting facilities are provided in the holiday
cottages and all light bulbs are low energy. There is no tumble
drier, but ample under cover washing line space is provided plus
emergency drying if we have lots of rain! There is a dishwasher.
